H2H is a not for profit project run by Better.sg tech for good, which enabled participants to have open heart to heart conversations in a digital safe space. The platform allows for groups of 8 participants to share their experiences around racism, discrimination and other sensitive topics in an organic and self moderated setting. 

We were involved in the wireframing, branding and prototyping for this platform. We also helped create and manage the Design system and asset library for the website.
